So without being too long winded, I needed to have an expansion tank on my new gas water heater that went out and leaked. What a mess. I had never heard of Thumbtack until yesterday when a friend of mine in Fla told me. I had sent a note to another local, small plumbing business and zero reply back. Got on Thumbtack, went through the super easy process of what you need done, submitted and within 15 minutes I had a text message from Krissy and at the same time she called. Extremely nice and helpful. Told me there was a tech in the area and would be at my house between 10A & Noon. Ivan arrived at 10:30. Great guy. Showed him everything and he quoted me a price to install the expansion tank and that it would require a new cold water line and valve and a sediment trap for the gas line. I knew both would be needed. Absolutely no upselling. I agreed to price and he began the work immediately. Ivan did an outstanding job. Just cannot say enough of how impressed I was. I would recommend American Rooter Services to anyone having plumbing issues or water heater installs. Thank You Ivan and Krissy!!!!! Oh yeah, soooo nice to have hot water again. :)

I found the experience in working with American Rooter to be a good one. The main water line to my home ruptured and had to be dug up and replaced. Anton was responsive and the crew's work performed was quality. Their cleanup after the job was good as well. I would highly recommend their services.

Anton from American Rooter Svcs was professional and friendly and did a thorough job inspecting the leak and diagnosing it correctly. I had to order a new sink faucet and he came back a few days later to install it. I love it. I will call Anton for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend him!

Had put in a request the night before for a maintenance check. My hot water heater was not getting as hot. The technician came and ultimately couldn’t be repaired as it was 20 years old (original to the house) technician was clear as to the issue and was quick to buy a replacement hot water heater, and install all within three hours. Appreciate the timeliness and professionalism and the cost was reasonable

I had a great experience using American rooter service. I needed a video inspection done on my sewer line due to some recent backups. I contacted the company on Thumbtack and they responded in less than 15 minutes. I had an appointment set up for two days later. Ivan came out and was very professional. He allowed me to sit with him throughout the entire process because I was curious about how everything worked and wanted to see the results in real time. I was given options for replacing the sewer line that included the bare minimum needed to fix the issue as well as some upgrades that could help prevent future issues. He did not try to convince me to take the more expensive option. But did ensure that I knew all of the options available. I do plan on calling around to get quotes to repair the line, but I have American router service at the top of my list for the job. Ivan is a good representative for this company and he made me comfortable with my choice to use them.
