Hello, I’ve been remodeling homes with my father since I was in high school (15 yrs ago). Painting, ceiling fans, hanging TVs, flooring, just about anything inside the home. Even outside exterior painting, lighting, soffit repair, flashing, you name it we’ve done it, and done it well. I’ve been working on my own for the last 10yrs. A friend told me about this app and I think it will be a great way to generate leads. I am very professional and know that I’m there to make the home owner happy. So my review for Charles! Is wow wow wow 🤩!!! So I live in a 1950s condo in Buckhead. Really nice neighborhood but my condo is old and has a tiny bathroom that needed some attention! The ceiling was cracking and the walls bubbling due to humidity and poor air ventilation. I dont trust easily when it comes to hiring a contractor since I have encountered contractors (companies with nice website and all) that I have had bad experience. Poor attitude, poor work that charged me an arm and a leg. That’s why I decided to try Thumbtack.

I post my add at ThumbTack and Charles responded promptly. It took time for me to respond back (like a couple of weeks!!!) because of my busy schedule.

Charles is very prompt and really really good at following up. He is so patient with scheduling and also rescheduling. Gave me a very reasonable quote for my ceiling. He is always on time! He was prepared and well equipped with the appropriate tools to get the job done. He made sure that he did the job right from the beginning to the end. While he was working, he updated me and talked to me about what he was doing. He is very considerate with the aftercare/ cleaning at the end of the day. I was so so happy with His professionalism, work ethics, and craftsmanship that I decided to let him retile my tiny bathroom. I wished I took a picture of my old 90s bathroom with a light 🍑 peachy tile. I am so so so pleased with how my bathroom turned out! He will be my resident go to person whenever I will do upgrades in my condo. Charles work is quality! I have some photos I attached (Even my cat loves our new bathroom!!!)
