Kelly was so easy to work with! I recently moved into a new house, so quite a bit of my furniture just didn't work anymore. Kelly picked out some truly amazing pieces, and wall colors that just make everything look fantastic! I can't wait to work with her again when I decorate the owner's suite. She is very talented, and very professional. You won't be disappointed!

I recently moved into a new house and wanted to decorate it so that it felt like mine, like home. Kelly Hawley worked with me on the floor planning and furniture selection and provided excellent advice, helping to make my rooms reflect that special designer touch. I'm very happy with the end product.

We came to Kelly with a piecemeal plan because we had independently arranged some the pieces. We wanted to redo the kitchen and the downstairs floor, all new lighting, new patio door, backsplash, appliances, etc. She worked around our plan to do what we wanted to get done. Communication was *very* good, I always knew up front what things were going to cost, when they were going to get done and what to expect. We also had her replace my mother's up and downstairs linoleum flooring with tile which looks excellent. For this, the guys were in and out of the house in two days and you wouldn't know they were there other than the new floor. She and her project manager Cindy are very professional and pleasant to work with and her team produce very quality work. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and downstairs so if we need something else we will definitely call her again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project is different so I try to be flexible and set the process to what will be most productive for the scope. In general we meet at discuss goals and needs then we get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The KMH Design Team is continuously learning and growing in knowledge and expertise. With more than 25 years of project management and customer satisfaction achievement a natural ease in obtaining the desired end result is achieved.
