Jon, Jean and the team are awesome! I had to use Magnolia for an insurance repair from a flood in my place. They laid flooring, painted, installed a new bathroom vanity and replaced my tub/shower insert with a walk-in. They are all professional, friendly, on time. I paid for a few upgrades and Magnolia came on quote or less than quote. Even better? They quoted me 1.5 weeks for the project and they finished in 4 days! I am looking to upgrade the 20% of my place that wasn't covered by the damage, and I will definitely be using Magnolia.

Loved using these guys for a bathroom update I needed to get done at my house, they made the entire process easy and stress free for me and really walked me through what was being done and made sure I loved everything. Definitely recommend using them for any projects you have around the house!

Initially, I was pleased with the response and (what I thought was) attention to detail. However, I’m the end the attention to detail was missing. As a program/project manager, I understand that engaging the client during the planning, design and implementation phase is key, to making sure the project is proceeding according to design. To eliminate a costly legal battle m, we paid for something we didn’t ask for during the design phase. Erica Batista is not a sound program manager and can be rough around the edges. Monitor every step and check the design, often, if she’s assigned to your project.
