- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work at an hourly rate, with a 1 hour minimum. If I'm driving 30 minutes or more to a second hour will be added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you and I have shared some information about the work, expectations, timeline, and other relevant information, I'll share my phone number, and the client can text as they wish. I will not pressure you. That's not how good work gets done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was never "educated" for this work. I simply jumped in headfirst as a teenager and learned on the job. That kind of experience - fixing skylights, building new rooms, and so much more - was exactly what my ADHD mind needed. When I bought my first house I did a majority of the work to renovate: kitchen, living room, pool, garden, roof. When I put it on the market, the response was wonderful. Every potential buyer commented on the quality of the design and work. That felt good.
