The difference-maker: Josean What truly set this experience apart was Josean. He has the rare combination of skill and personal pride in his work — the kind that shows in the final punch list, which is usually where contractors cut corners and call it a day. Not Josean. He went through every single item with care, addressing the small details that most people wouldn't even notice but that make a renovation truly feel finished and polished. When the work day was over, Josean stayed late to fully clean the site — not a quick tidy, but a thorough cleanup so the space was move-in ready. That kind of dedication is rare, and it made an already great experience exceptional. I felt comfortable with them in the house when I was not there. He treated my home like his own. I am so happy with my new floors! Josean was very patient with me as I went back and forth on colors. I wanted to make the right choice and he didn’t rush me. He even brought over samples of flooring that he had. Once I made up my mind, his team knocked my floors out in a few hours. This is probably one of the favorite renovations I’ve done to my home!
