What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that our prices are already below average and that we do work with a discount, but it won't be very different from the initial value so that we can mantain the quality of the service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to know exactly which areas should be cleaned, if house has children and pets, which area of the house has carpets and the conditions in which the house is at the moment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have training and experience in cleaning houses, offices and airbnb.
I'm also a nurse and i have a lot of criteria with proper hygiene and prevention of the spread of microorganisms between the houses we clean.
