What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing estimates I've provided are rough estimates that are based exclusively on the size of the home. For me to give the most accurate estimate, home interviews are preferred.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I ask that they contact me via phone so we can set up a home interview. Once I do a quick walk-through of the home, I can give a more detailed price with reasoning behind why it would result in and increase or decrease of my listed estimate. Afterwards we would go over preferred cleaning products, and set up a time and date for the cleaning.
