- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to know what type of cleaning the customer is looking for. Then we get the specifications of the home size, how many rooms and bathrooms. From there we are able to give the free estimate for the job.If needed we can meet the client so the client can show us exactly what is necessary. We make sure our customers know exactly what the cleaning includes for what they are paying.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started with a well known company and a few years later we were able to start our own family business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with real estate agents, home owners, renters, landlords, business owners. we don't do Airbnb, and wall cleaning.
