Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the level of cleaning needed, and the overall condition of the property. We offer several types of cleaning services including: • Standard Cleaning • Deep Cleaning • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning • Post-Construction Cleaning • Airbnb Turnover Cleaning Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) receive discounted rates compared to one-time cleanings. If the condition of the home requires more time than originally estimated, we will always communicate with the client before applying any additional charges. Our goal is to provide transparent pricing, professional service, and exceptional results every time.
