- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the current condition, and the type of service requested. The first cleaning usually costs more, as it takes longer to properly detail and reset the home. Ongoing services (weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks) are typically more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering basic details about the home and the type of cleaning needed. Once scheduled, the first visit is more detailed so the team can get familiar with the space and your preferences. We use a system that sends notifications when the team is on the way and reminders before each cleaning. After the first visit, we can better estimate timing for future cleanings and keep the same crew whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential cleaning techniques, proper product use, and care for different surfaces such as hardwood floors, stone, and delicate finishes. We focus on consistency, attention to detail, and respectful service in every home.
