What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request information to prepare the quote, after sending the quote to the customer, if approved, we request the address and the best day and time to schedule the cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service providers have been trained to use specific products for each type of stone, flooring and furniture. This way, it doesn't ruin it, it cleans without being abrasive.
