Do not I repeat do not use this company. I used this company for two units to be installed. There was no permit for the installation. The picture provided is the picture of the unit installed in the attic. After 3 months of installation the evaporator coils have been destroyed and now I have refrigerant leaking into my house. I have a small child the installer Juan did not care he informed me even with the 1 year warranty he will not be fixing the unit even though it is leaking. Second unit for the basement this unit took 1 full month to install. It was installed incorrectly and began to leak fluid throughout my house after day 2 of installation. I ran a test and found a refrigerant leak from this unit as well. He replaced the unit however after reviewing the work performed learned the wiring was literally hanging over the open flames within the unit. Screws were left everywhere in my basement. The unit failed after 1 week of the second replacement unit was installed. I had to pay to have another HVAC representative help to fix the broken unit. I was informed the unit in my attic would cost $6,000 to fix and it would be cheaper to install a new unit. The manufacturer will not grant a warranty as the system failure is due to poor installation as I was told. So now I’m out of a HVAC unit and out of $7,500. Do yourself a favor and choose a reputable company!

Emanuel installed a bathroom fan with ventilation. The process was quick and easy he was very professional. The light that was in the bathroom was replaced with a smaller fan light combo. Emanuel took the extra time and care to mud the cracks. 10/10 thank you so much! We will be contacting Emanuel again for any other HVAC/electrical needs in the future.

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the work Alpha Tech Mechanical has completed on my home. They performed a full system replacement including the duct work for my upstairs HVAC system. I work in the software technology field that helps supports many aspects of Facility Maintenance and have extensive knowledge of this industry. Alpha Tech Mechanical fully understands HVAC and building science in every detail and applies industry best practices in their work. In my experience with other HVAC companies they simply do “break-fix” repair but never try to or want to address overall system issues. This is in part because it may not be the most profitable approach for their business or lack on industry knowledge. Additionally, many other HVAC companies either don’t care or don’t know how ensure your HVAC system is performing to optimal efficiency and capacity. Jack and his team truly understand all of this and therefore can take a completely different approach. Alpha Tech Mechanical took their time and walked me through their thorough diagnosis they performed on my new system during the commissioning process. This ensured me that the system they installed was performing to desired specification. After all was said and done the results showed that the system was performing well beyond the manufacturer specifications. Great, professional work installing a new central AC within 24 hours at a price that beat their competitors. You get the same warranty with everyone, as it's from the manufacturer, but they even added some maintenance onto that. It's so easy to get absolutely hosed by HVAC companies. Tell these guys your budget, and they'll do their best to make something work.

Hassan did an excellent job installing new Rheem AC and Furnace at my house. He is very professional and from the beginning I felt that he knew he job very well. He made recommendations, went over different options and gave me quote that was very reasonable. Hassan was timely in keeping his appointment, did a through checkup of the system after installation, properly cleaned up and removed old equipment. I found him to be a friendly, honest and reliable. I might sound exaggerated here but very true ...I haven't seen such an awesome ,extraordinary, reliable ,trustworthy and wonderful person who understood my needs ,recommended and installed HVAC ( Coil , condenser, ducts and gas lines) at a extremely reasonable price beating other estimates and especially always available when needed. In addition to Replacing my HVAC i had small handyman help.. he lend his hand and did a great Job which is highly commendable..His Guys are very respectful and Knows how to treat their customers. I highly recommend this professional and will use his services in all my future needs. i wish there are 10 stars (***** *****) and 5 stars are very too little to give ...
