- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IF IT IS A REPAIR I CHARGE A $45 TRIP FEE AND $78 AN HOUR WITH A MIN OF 1 HOUR. IF IT IS NEW EQUIPMENT I SELL THE EQUIPMENT TO MY CUSTOMERS AT WHOLESALE PRICE,MEANING WHAT I PAY IS WHAT THEY PAY. NO MARK UP.THEN THE INSTALLMENT PRICE IS PRETTY MUCH SET,WITH EXCEPTION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT COST,EXAMPLE CRAWL SPACES COST A LITTLE MORE THAN BASEMENTS,DUE TO THE HARD WORK THAT IS HAVING TO BE DONE IN THE DARK AND ALSO IN A CRAMPED UP SPACE VS STANDING UP WITH GREAT VISIBILITY
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TALK WITH THEM OVER THE PHONE,FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM THEY ARE HAVING,SOMETHINGS CAN BE QUOTED SITE UNSEEN OTHERS WE WILL NEED TO LOOK AT ,TO SEE WHAT ALL THE FACTORS ARE THAT MAY AFFECT THE PRICE.SET UP A GOOD TIME FOR THEM ,TO HAVE US COME AND SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT,OR QUOTE REPAIRS.

I HAVE BEEN IN MY LINE OF WORK FOR OVER 29 YEARS.WORKED FOR OTHERS UNTIL 2008,WHEN I STARTED MY OWN COMPANY.
