- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually give a baseline quote depending on the information given, and then take the time to go look at the project to give a final estimate. This is so we can ensure that we do an amazing job each and every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, we like to talk to our customers and address any specific concerns they have about the project at hand. This could include time frames, specific areas of concern, etc. This helps us be on the same page with our customers and ensuring no miscommunication along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team collectively has been painting residential and commercial jobs for over 15 years.
