Chris converted and attic space into a 5th bedroom with full bath and then went on to finish our basement. Everything turned out fantastic! We were impressed with his experience and expertise, building acumen and fine old-world craftsmanship. His skills and ability to do renovations like this is truly extraordinary. He is also very professional, positive and trust-worthy.

He totally failed on deadlines, communication and just everything with the project. His subs were always cancelling last minute or not showing up and the one that did show up reworked my switches the wrong way and didn’t even adjust the dimmer the way it should have been done.
He left my kitchen without a stove even connected for over 2 weeks. I had to reach out to his suppliers myself to get anything done and what he had send them was totally wrong. It was a good thing that I jumped in when I did or the kitchen would have cost me almost double what he quoted me.
He asked for a deposit to get the work started. The work that was completed did not even cover half of what I paid him. He demo’d the kitchen and didn’t dispose of the materials like stated in the proposal. He framed out my cook wall and then disappeared for a week so I had to take over the project myself and get it done.
When I asked him for the remainder of my money back for the services that were not completed, he told me that was his builder margin? Builder margin is 50% of half the work done? Interesting. I would not recommend him to anyone.
