The install was both in a spare bathroom with the larger project being our primary bath, where we had the counter top and entire wall installed with the beautiful stone. Our bathroom is on the second floor up a curved staircase, making it tricky to get the slabs up the stairs. In addition, the primary bath the walls were uneven and the quartzite veining made it fragile, making the entire install very challenging. The crew expertly navigated all these challenges with care and a lot of patience. They were very professional, polite and paid serious attention to all the details. We highly recommend them!"See more

Nigel and his team at The Basement Kings did an excellent job remodeling our basement. He converted our 1/2 bath to a full bath which required extensive work removing old tile revising the plumbing and enlarging bathroom with new drywall new marble tile and a beautiful walk in shower with new toilet and vanity/sink and recessed lights with a dimmer. They also removed drop ceiling for our entire basement and this required extensive work rerouting duct work and copper pipes for plumbing and fixing in our ceiling so they were properly run along the joist(previously done by multiple contractors in past) and replaced with sheet rock and 8 recessed lights which we are very happy with! This change also makes our basement look so much bigger! We highly recommend calling Nigel for any renovations you need in your home. They are very professional hard working and were able to complete all this work before the estimated time schedule. Thank you Nigel!

Since none of them had any previous experience in this kind of project and there were some major hurdles that I was well aware of, I was searching for an innovative solution to the project. We used Basement Kings of Atlanta to do a full kitchen renovation project that included removing walls, moving plumbing, enhancing the lighting, bricking up a window, new cabinets, new flooring and refinished floors and extensive painting throughout the main floor. There were small hiccups during the project that were resolved with relative ease. Thomas, our project manager, was always accessible, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. We drew on his expertise over and over again throughout the project and he helped us work through problems that came up. We had some small issues after the project was completed and Michael has been very easy to work with in resolving those as well. We just got a basement restructuring job done by Dwayn. It was a pretty big job. Dwayn was a fantastic contractor to work with. His quote was detailed.
