- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is up front with no additional "hidden" fees. We have a set hourly rate and do not increase our price after arriving on a job. We competitively price our work based off previous experience and information provided by the customer, which is the most important part when reaching out to Pros so we can provide an accurate estimate time wise up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer reaches out to us, we reply within 1-2 hours to gather information and confirm the job details, as well as location. Then we set a time that is most convenient for the customer (we are flexible and do work on weekends) to get the job handled. I provide my personal cell phone number after first contact to ensure there is no discrepancy with timeframe/date.
