- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price lawn care and tree/shrub care according to square footage, not a base price. We have discounts available that the customer can take advantage of, as well as reduced costs for bundling services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer asks for a quote, we go out and do an analysis of the property. If the customer requests, we will meet on site and walk the property together and handle any issues the customer wants to talk about at that time. Once the property inspection is completed, we will leave a quote. When back at the office, we call or email the customer, to answer any additional questions which may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company has been in existence for 20 years in 2018. Tom McGaugh, the owner is a former marine, who runs a tight ship. We focus on building long standing relationships with our customers, so we do ongoing education with our techs. The Company holds a licence in Turf and Ornamental Pesticide Application, with the Georgia State Department of Agriculture. I hold the same licence, and have been in the green industry for 33 years, and have experience in landscape maintenance, construction, lawn and tree/shrub care and management.
