I hired this pro to do lawns that sit side by side. The agreed price for the first job was $150 and there after $120 for both. This was not just a job for the summer but, a continuation job throughout the year. I explained this in my messaging and upon his arrival. ALDANE the owner sent his workers to speak with me midway through the job saying he wanted more money. As a courtesy I gave them an extra $25. He advised that two days before the next appointment he would make contact. That didn’t happen. I called him. He was to return on the 27th. Upon talking it was to rain so we scheduled for Thursday. He called me on the 28th saying he could come. Again, towards the end he sent a worker to me. I went straight to ALDANE. He again says he is doing two yards for the price of one. I asked him why did he agree to a price? No I’m not going back on the price but, asking me to offer more. No that’s not how it works. A deal is a deal if you don’t want the job then that’s it. Don’t tell me I’m tearing up your equipment when I’m not using it & that you are loosing jobs because you chose this job. This encounter is unprofessional and disingenuous. And definitely this is not the way to build a rapport with the client. After working the lawns I noted that the job was not completed although I sent payment to this PRO
