- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair & firm across the board, regardless of the project size or service area. We do not overcharge & we do not under charge. Returning customers always see a slight drop in pricing overall or a misc. upgrade/freebies added on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing all the clarification & communication possible. We have samples/photos of all materials used to be viewed in person. Typically an initial walk-through of the property & a few back n forth conversations to get a better feel for their preferences, sometimes followed up with a final meet just to confirm everything is clear before scheduling a start date!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background in electrical engineering tech. Years of experience in both the northern & southeastern United States. NDS Drainage Certified. Complete knowledge of turf types & soil structures.
