FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for credentials and once validated make sure you and your personal trainer have a common understanding of the goals you want to accomplish and why you're really hiring them. There's nothing worse than a trainer who wants to make you into a mini them. You are a unique individual and should be able to have a program created that fits you, your personality and your objectives. Also a great trainer should be able to effectively communicate with you. If the trainer uses tons of gym jargon and words you can't understand, it's not you, it's them. Let the trainer know you don't understand and if they can't explain it in a manner that is understood by you, go somewhere else. Communication is key to getting the results you want.
