He was nice and motivating. His work outs definitely wore me out. However I ended up hurting my knee during training and it felt like it was due to posture that could have been avoided. Thanks for the review Breno. I did see that you came in with biomechanical deficiencies which varied the ratio between good form and bad form within a set. I noticed it within each exercise and paused to correct you almost every time. The workouts of the day are on my phone, im reading notes and adjustments I’ve made for each exercise. It’s unfortunate about the knee but it wasn’t because I neglected you & was careless. It was good training with you & I wish you the best. Thanks Breno

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1.We start with a session to get a sense of strengths/weaknesses,learn health history and take measurements. 2. A workout and diet plan is designed according to your goals. 3. As progress is tracked and milestones are reached,plans will adjust (a good thing) 4. Meet and surpass goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?MS. Exercise Science (graduated in the top of class) from the University of Central Florida. Undergrad from the University of Florida. Go Gators and Knights!
