Functional strength training helps individuals and athletes become stronger, more agile, and more Mobil - allowing them to achieve the physiological demands of everyday life and sports. Your muscle mass and strength will decrease 30 to 50% between the ages of 30 and 80. That means the average person starts losing the ability to perform everyday functions as soon as they hit middle-age. Despite this, only 6% of adults do resistance training workouts two or more times per week (the 2008 Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans’ recommendation). I am a former collegiate track runner, trained by world record holder and olympian Butch Reynolds. I have coached top 10 and 20 national runners, and I specialize in strength and conditioning, speed training, and athletic training. I help solve the lack of functional strength that someone my experience.

He will assess where you are physically and figure out exactly what training needs to be done to help you meet your goals. You will always get the best workout with him, regardless how in shape you are.

X is the truth. There aren’t too many trainers that will go and do research to help you reach your goals for your specific body type. He is knowledgeable about his craft already. The fact that, he still puts in the time to find new ways to maximize the workout is everything you want in a trainer. I just finished up an intense month of training with X and we’ve even had sessions working out together. Sometimes He’ll hop in the workouts with you. Which is extremely helpful at times. You won’t regret training with X. He’s top 5 in ATL and he Is’t 2-5 lol.

My body is changing !! Big time! & I’ve never thought these changes were even possible! After working out with Zay, I've seen huge progress.a progress I wasn’t able to see in the last 2 years although I was constantly working out at the gym. Well, that’s another thing about Zay! He will redefine and expand your knowledge. He explained what consistency meant and what it should look like in exercising. Thanks to him I’m not only stronger I’m also more knowledgeable about my form, what works for me and what doesn’t! I learned a lot from him and that’s rare in the fitness industry. I promise you “strong" gonna look so damn good on you! Just start your strength training and you will enjoy the results.

We recently reached out to Xavier with First Mil Fitness to help my daughter get in shape for track season. After taking a year off she was out of shape and her form needed work. Training with Xavier helped her excel in her current season. Not only did Xavier teach her proper form, techniques and strategy to help her improve in her races but helped her realize that positive mindset and mental fortitude are just important. It also helps that he’s an athlete and can demonstrate exactly what he wants you to do. No standing on the sidelines!
