I have also been able to experience unbelievable accomplishments in my fitness life, for example training with Michael Jordan basketball camp 2009 in Las Vegas with NBA coaches like Clippers Doc Rivers and NCAA Duke coach K.

I have trained with Art for 2 years. He is a fantastic trainer - patient, knowledgeable, inspiring, motivating, and fun to be with. He took the time to learn what training style worked best for me (I don't want a drill sergeant, I just need a positive motivator) and he adjusted his training technique to make sure he was working with me in the most efficient and effective way. He actually made working out fun!! In the two years of working with him he was never late one single time. He was always willing to work around my schedule and be available when I needed him. Most importantly, he has taught me so, so much about health and personal fitness. Working with Art, I have lost 40 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of muscle! I have alleviated knee and joint pain and feel stronger and fitter than I've ever felt in my life. Training with Art was the best gift I've ever given myself, and has changed my life for the better. Can't express how fortunate I was to work with Arthur Davis. Having a 360 degree approach to health, strength and nutrition was a huge benefit to my goals to get conditioned. Very professional and responsive to my needs. I would recommend highly to anyone wanting a results driven program with a trainer who provides much more than any others I have worked with.

I have been training with Art for 2 years. He is reliable. We workout at 5:30 am twice a week. He is on-time and has never had to cancel a session. I enjoy the variety and challenge of the workouts. He has helped me to improve my strength, agility and flexibility. He also worked with my 20 year old daughter. We think Art is great!

I have trained with Arthur for 4 years. I am in the best shape of my life. Arthur is focused, professional and reliable. He meets me at 5:30 and 6am twice a week and has never missed a session or been late. Arthur is also extremely knowledgeable about the body, muscles and flexibility. He takes the time to customize a training program based on what your goals are. He has trained me for snowboarding, half marathons (where I PR'ed almost each time), hiking, mountain biking and beach body vacations. I highly recommend Arthur!
