- What types of customers have you worked with?
Not only do we care for your pets, we care for your home as well! During our consult we will get detailed info as to the care of your pets but also we want to know, where your main circuit breaker is and your main water valve? We also ask should anything happen do you have a plumber or electrician that you use? We do our best to get all the info needed to take care of your pets and your home while you're away!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the sitter that you hire isn't a "hobby" pet sitter. Check references and make sure that you see proof of insurance and bonding. A true business should have a contract to fill out at your consult. This protects you, as well as the sitter.
