This company was very professional and responsive. I hired them to serve documents on a family that was very difficult to serve and they got the job done when no one else could. Their prices were fair and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend them for all of your process service needs.

I'm a Ca PI company and needed to find a process server in Ga. I reached out to a company who agreed to conduct my service of process. After several attempts, the company ghosted me & refused to reply to my calls and emails. I then found Investigator McPhilamy, CEO of Complete Investigations. I googled her name and found out she is a celebrity PI. She served the docs the next day and completed her report to me in record time. The pricing was excellent also.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For domestic cases we charge an hourly fee or a flat fee for services depending on your needs. Give us a call for a free quote. We also work criminal cases and insurance fraud.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free phone consult then, if we agree on a price the customer is sent an agreement to sign electronically which includes an intake sheet where they fill out all of the information that will help us work the case. We then send the client an online invoice they can click and pay to get started. We start all cases within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed private investigator and security guard. I also have a company license and an instructor license.
