Our family has worked with Matthew buying and selling 5 times...he has done an incredible job each time. On the seller side, he sticks by your side throughout the entire process, anticipating every issue, explaining how he comes up with price ranges, sending multiple comps. He sold 2 properties for us in less than a week...both at or above asking price! On the buyer side, he is patient, low pressure, organized, and efficient. He's pleasant to drive around and spend the day with...which is really important! He negotiates well...our current home was listed at $1,050,000 and we closed at $855k. He writes thorough rationales for offer prices, and seems to be able to read the market and each potential seller really well. I absolutely recommend Matthew...he's really a great agent.
