I take a minimum of 25 hours of continuing education every four years I currently hold three Certifications
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a fascination with the buying and selling of real estate; when I was in my mid-20's I saw a young guy on a tv commercial pitching his real estate expertise and I said I want to do that!

Get a description of where and what type of property they are looking for What is their Price Point How large of a home do they need Do they need a certain school system Amenities - are they interested any particular amenity Are they interested in being in a subdivision or not Time Frame for moving
