Had some leaking at our house. Seth came out and was very transparent as far as what needed to be fixed and talked us through the entire process. He made a few suggestions outside of what we were asking, even let me know what I could do on my own vs where he would suggest getting professional expertise.

We had a roof leak recently due to ice formation in one of the ridge vents during recent snowfall. Brian was really helpful in identifying the root cause, he did a really great job inspecting the roof via drone and spent good amount of time in attic to zero in on the root cause. Summit roofing provided a report of the inspection and estimate for free. I would highly recommend Summit roofing if you have anything related to roof.

Someone suggested my house might need a new roof. I went to the Atlanta Home Show and met Seth at Summit Roofing. I was more impressed with his presentation than other vendors and he answered all the questions I could think of so we made an appointment for him to come and inspect the roof. Seth did a thorough inspection and gave me his recommendations. No pressure sales but his honest opinion which I appreciated. I decided to hold off on roofrepair for now but will definitely call Summit Roofing when I decide to proceed with repair/replacement.
