His patience and calm demeanor, without rushing or pressuring us, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Whenever challenges arose, he found effective solutions—some even surpassing our expectations. His crew was skilled and communicative. The glass shower doors they provided and installed are true frameless doors made of thick tempered glass—superior to the Kohler model we previously purchased from Home Depot.
