Ross was exceptionally responsive, providing a timely reply to my initial inquiry and a very reasonable, upfront quote with no surprises. He arrived on time, replaced the water heater along with the expansion tank and pressure regulator valve, and completed everything efficiently in about an hour. While other contractors offered similar responses, Ross stood out as genuinely honest and easy to work with. I will absolutely hire him again for any plumbing needs.

We’re very happy with the gas hot water heater that Ross installed. Ross is a great communicator and the consummate professional. He did a great job of itemizing all the costs, and he even picked up our preferred water heater from the store. While he was installing the water heater, he detected a crack in the flue pipe. He brought the issue to our attention, temporarily fixed the problem and emphasized that we needed to get the pipe fixed ASAP in order to protect ourselves from carbon monoxide poisoning. With his guidance, we were able to get the damaged section of pipe professionally repaired the next day. Ross went above and beyond, and we give him our highest recommendation.
