We’re very happy with the gas hot water heater that Ross installed. Ross is a great communicator and the consummate professional. He did a great job of itemizing all the costs, and he even picked up our preferred water heater from the store. While he was installing the water heater, he detected a crack in the flue pipe. He brought the issue to our attention, temporarily fixed the problem and emphasized that we needed to get the pipe fixed ASAP in order to protect ourselves from carbon monoxide poisoning. With his guidance, we were able to get the damaged section of pipe professionally repaired the next day. Ross went above and beyond, and we give him our highest recommendation.

Ross was straight up from the get go, he immediately sent his price quotes and looked right. I explained that our water heater went out and was leaking. We scheduled a time and he made it out the same day. Ross was knowledgeable, experienced, and also had to use some carpentry skills to make the tank switch out. We highly recommend him and his team if you are need of any servicing needs.
