- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Premium industry pricing. We charge a premium charge because we are extremely fast and professional. We are done when most others are just getting started. We give cash discounts if you pay in cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask client what system they use and what they are trying to accomplish through home automation. Just because it looks cool or possible on TV or through a DIY program doesn't mean that it actually is. Additionally, plan for extra expenses and unforeseen challenges. Most customers can't believe how fast and efficient we are. We hear it every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught via experience and educational courses. I am a college graduate and continue to update my knowledge through continuing education. I am a CEDIA member.
