- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have extremely reasonable pricing based on complexity, hours needed, and word count.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once ready to start, you send the full project (in Microsoft Word) and 50% deposit. We set a timeline and get to editing. Once we are complete, you pay the balance, and I send a receipt along with a version of your work with comments/recommendations via email as well as a clean copy that includes all the changes. At that time, we kindly request a customer review.
