His pro took pictures of the areas that needed patching and I was quoted 450-550 to patch and paint. It was too much for the small job. I had his pro remove 2 TV strips that cover the TV cords and less than 20 nail hole patches. Perhaps the number of photos sent to the owner made the job seem more than it was but his pro was finished in 1 hour. I did not have them sand and paint. Only remove the 2 strips and patch. I was charged 150. + materials. It was overpriced for the job and I still wonder why he would not honor his add that said 50.00 per hour/2 hour minimum."See more

Now that Nick has anchored the rack to the studs, the rack and shelf feel really solid You can’t even see the 3 drywall patches. The paint dried and they are invisible. He is quick, efficient, and has a willingness to provide quality work. I have worked with him for 3 days and will rehire in the future for other tasks as well. Aleksandr and Alex knocked out a bunch of items in about five hours. Installed a shower door, re-hinged an outside door to square it within its frame, reinstalled two storm doors to close air gaps, re-caulked shower stall and kitchen countertops, upgraded doorstops around the house, fixed curtain rods, and so on. They are detail-oriented, skilled, find creative solutions, are pleasant to work with, and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. Aleksandr will be back soon to tackle bigger items on our list. Highly recommend.
