Even when my husband and I werent near the reception area, everyone was constantly on the dance floor. We have gone to many weddings and Ryan made everyone excited to be out on the dance floor. The bride knew what she wanted and the stakes were high to please her. What I first liked about Bitayo was that she responded to my request right away and called me back. She was a great communicator. Then I was impressed that she gave a perfect mock up of what I was looking for and our color scheme. And she gave a reasonable price for what we needed. I was so impressed that she actually was able to create the mock up very well. She set it up at my event in person and she was pleasant throughout the entire process. She ended up helping to set up my event as an extra service, which we needed in a pinch. I always look for kindness, professionalism and quality work and Bitayo embodied all of those aspects. He held a special party for my dad and I to celebrate his birthday and were thoroughly enjoyed every moment! 100% recommend getting the add-on items, we got a 75 flat screen and speakers to destroy and it was the most fun. We also went to the paint splatter room and had a blast making artwork of each other! Not to mention he was very thorough on the safety aspect which we appreciated so much. If youre ever in the area Id highly recommend checking this place out. Theyre amazing"See more

I did not know what I wanted because my Photo Booth person canceled last minute. I don’t know the cost of balloons so I can’t honestly say anything about pricing related to others. But what I will say about pricing is what she told me is what she charged. What I saw on the site was what she said. So many people change the pricing when you speak to them or after the event when you pay!! She did not and I loved that. My daughter loved the set up, Emily has become family!! She created an experience for my family and she was worth every penny!! Because of her, I have decided balloons will be at anything I host!! I will add a photo later. I worked that dance floor all night so I need others to send some."See more
