- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. EarlyBird's Quarterly Pest Control Service is only $65/qtr. The very first quarter is $85 and includes unlimited free re-service and a complete satisfaction guarantee. In addition to great pricing customers choose EarlyBird Termite & Pest Control because we cover a wider variety pests so you want have to deal with the annoying up-sells, and, as it should be with any "service", you can cancel at anytime. A one-time pest service is $85 (same price as the initial quarter of our quarterly pest control program). Our Termite control pricing on a scale from 1-10 is about a 2 or 3 in the marketplace. Termite control requires a visit to the house to quote due to various types of construction and varying conditions that would affect treatment. One of the biggest reasons customers choose EarlBird Termite and Pest Control for their Termite protection is because our lifetime Termite repair and re-treatment warranties do not contain the "Live" Termite out clause which allows termite companies to escape our mitigate the liability of paying termite claims.

6 years of college, one 4 year degree :-) 23 years of experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to college to become a doctor. After receiving my bachelor of science I decided I didn't want it enough to go four more years of Med school. At a college career fair I was approached by a recruiter who asked me if I wanted to run a $1,000,000 business. The business happened to be a branch for one of the big national pest control control companies. So you could say I went to school to save lives and now I kill things for a living. :-)
