Early bird not only made up for the very poor termite treatment we received from a well known company, they also went above and beyond to make sure that our house was well treated for all pesky critters. They spent the whole day at the house and I have never seen such great customer service. I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much!!!!

I hired Early Bird for a termite inspection on my home. They accommodated me by doing the inspection the next day. The owner of the company was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and explained everything completely and honestly. The inspector who performed the job was very friendly and did a great job! I would highly recommend Early Bird for your termite needs.

I had termites. A swarm. Contacted Carl through Thumbtack. He contacted me promptly. Mike came the next day and inspected the house finding where the termites were coming in. Carl came thirty minutes later and gave me an education in termites. (very much appreciated) I agreed with the terms of the deal which were completely satisfactory. The next day, Mike came out and serviced the house. Very thorough, answered all my questions and pointed out why he was doing what he was doing. I've dealt with numerous Pestcontrol companies over my years, but never had this kind of service. Some just say it, but they actually want my business and they've got it!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years of college, one 4 year degree :-) 23 years of experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to college to become a doctor. After receiving my bachelor of science I decided I didn't want it enough to go four more years of Med school. At a college career fair I was approached by a recruiter who asked me if I wanted to run a $1,000,000 business. The business happened to be a branch for one of the big national pest control control companies. So you could say I went to school to save lives and now I kill things for a living. :-)
