I reached out to Knox Pest Control with a number of issues within my home. Taylor touched base with me, and I am so grateful for it. Taylor was able to assist in replacing the insulation in my home, AND putting in a spotless encapsulation. Had it not been for him, my crawlspace would be underwater and we would be melting in the heat. The care Taylor puts into you truly makes you feel like a friend. I would not have chosen anyone else to take this on with. 10/10.
