James had excellent communication. He was flexible in that I was not sure of the extent of the work I would have for him. He was timely and put in extra time on an extra task that seemed smaller, but wound up being a a more complex job - no extra charge! Also, James was very personable. I will definitely be hire him again.

I could go on and on about how wonderful it was to have found James Tyler! He truly is amazing and you would be lucky to have his help. We needed help getting my kid's bedroom door frame replaced and some tiles in my shower replaced as well. He arrived at our home when he said he would and stayed for the entire day until the job (and then some) was done. He did such great work, although our repairs were a lot more than we could have ever anticipated! The shower tiles were honestly the worst of it, but he turned the lemons we gave him into the best lemonade! He not only replaced the tiles, but found that there was sheet rock missing from behind some of the tiles AND saw that the pipes were done improperly. Rather than just slap some tiles into place, he spent over 12 hours at our home ensuring that the job was put together correctly because he just couldn't leave us with a half ass job. His rate was reasonable, but due to the diligence he showed in his work we are gladly giving him more than he requested. He took some time to get lunch, and for dinner I made sure to let him know that I'd get him anything he wanted so I gladly ran to Five Guy's Burgers for him. James is without a doubt the most trustworthy repair man we have met and so funny to listen to!!!! I sat and studied for an exam nearby, laughing while he talked to the pipes telling them to "come on and get in there" lol. A pleasure to have! I just hope that he doesn't block my calls when I need him for more work! Thank you James!!! :)
