I have trained with Josh at Stabil FIT Life for several months now. When I began training, I wanted to be a faster runner while working around some limitations due to previous injuries. After a few short sessions with Josh at a local track, I was able to quickly decrease my mile time by more than 2 minutes per mile without injuring myself. Josh went the extra mile and came to my local running events to support my endeavors. Each month Josh reminded me to consider what my goals were so that we had a clear path to move forward. After I began running faster I wanted to build more muscle. He was able to adapt and tailor each session to help me confidently perform workouts in person as well as on my own. Josh consistently educates himself in order to provide the best possible experience for his clients and maintain industry standards, he also finds new and fun ways to motivate his clients to keep reaching their goals. If you are in need of a personal trainer, you are in the right place!

Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Our personal trainer Josh has really kept us moving and on track to reach out goals. Josh is very personable, knowledgeable, firm and fair. If he doesn’t know something he will check with other trainers or health service providers that know and then updates us with the findings. His cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly and keeps us coming back. I highly recommend Stabil Fit Life!!!!

Trainer Josh Ortiz has an amazing understanding of Kinesiology. With Coach Josh’s help I was able to recover from my injury, strengthen my neglected muscle groups, and exceed my fitness goals.
