Christian (sales) and Matt (PM) did a fantastic job! They both oversaw the entire project and ensured quality from beginning to end. I'm so pleased with how my roof turned out! I was so confident in Hero's ability to execute a great job that I went with them to not only replace my roof but also to fix fascia issues, replace my gutters/downspouts/gutter guards, and install a chimney cap. I even have future enhancement ideas for my house and Hero Roofing will be my first call. If you're considering folks for your roofing (and beyond!) needs, definitely reach out to Hero Roofing. I cant say enough good things about James and Matt and the entire team. From start to finish, they were patient, kind, and operated with real integrity and transparency. Communication was consistent and clear the whole way through, which made the entire process easy and stress-free.Their crew was fast, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our property. They cleaned up so well that youd never know a full roof replacement had just happened.I can confidently say I will never use another company for roofing, gutters, chimney repair, or siding again. I had metal roof placed on my front porch Jan 2023, with TJ as my contact and conducted inspection. Because of the professional and superb communication of employees I decided to have remainder of my roof(shingles), soffits and gutters done with Hero. Christian was my contact initially and Matt was the project manager. They went above and beyond for this project. We made a last minute decision which Christian made happen the same day as the project! The communication and professionalism of both Christian and Matt, the crew as well as Holly in the office, I cant say enough good about this company!
