The food was delicious and she was very accommodating with additions to the menu, helped me come up with options when I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Everyone loved the dishes, especially the chicken with the cream sauce and the snapper was equally as good. I would definitely use her again and refer to friends. She also made a spinach artichoke dip that was delicious!. Here's an example of a plate with all of the items for dinner, buffet style.

I HIGHLY recommend Rudine’s. My husband (wow, that’s the first time I wrote that) and I just celebrated our wedding in a COVID-sensitive fashion! This was pretty tough considering we didn’t know which way the CDC guidelines were going to move (less than 10 folks, no more than 50 folks, etc). So when we booked Rudine’s in July, Ashley (the owner), was extremely understanding and allowed us some flexibility with the planning efforts. This was a HUGE help as we didn’t have to confirm our number of guests with Ashley until two weeks before the wedding! Ashley took the COVID guidelines a step further by suggesting we serve high quality meal bags. I am not a big fan of bagged meals because I do not believe in warming fresh food up and I hate soggy food...but Ashley’s chicken salad croissant and BLT sandwiches held up just as she demonstrated at our tasting! Our bagged meals consisted of a choice of sandwich, homemade brownies, chips, a fall fruit medley, and bottled water. Our wedding was a hit and most importantly, safe!! The top three compliments I received were: Anna, I love your dress (you ere beautiful); the service was beautiful; and the FOOD!!! Y’all, the food was so good we didn’t even get a bag!!! I highly recommend Rudine’s if you value great food, professionalism, fairness, understanding vendors. This is not the end of my relationship with Rudine’s!!

Absolutely delicious,, I contact Rudine’s for a last minute Soirée , she was very knowledgeable of what I should serve. Although I had last minute changes she was able to accommodate. The food was sooo flavorful . My guest called to see if I had leftovers. I’m a big dessert person so she suggested the banana pudding . Hands down the best I’ve had in Atlanta it went so well with warm weather that night. The presentation was also elegant . She communicated well from start to finish and she was very prompt with her services. I will definitely use Rudine llc. Again !! Thank you for making my night spectacular!!!

What’s not to love about Rudine’s? I was hosting a surprise birthday party for my mother with 30 guests in attendance, and Rudine’s catering was more than I could have wished for. The attendees raved about the tenderness of the chicken and salmon that was served and her recos for how to reinvent the leftovers was spot on. The quality and variety of the menu options, and the stellar onsite service, far exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a caterer that looks to understand your needs and is willing to meet you where you are, Rudine’s is a no-brainer.

Chef Ashley did an amazing job catering for our event! She designed our menu to give it pizazz and aligned with what we were looking for. Our guests raved about the food, especially her lobster ravioli! Chef Ashley responded quickly to my questions and works with excellence. My husband will be using her services again for his company holiday party. Thank you for making our event memorable!!
