With over 10 years in construction, doing everything from grading to final trim out on a house, I have done it all. There is no better feeling than building something that you know is going to bring a family years of safety and happiness as they grow. Regrettably, I had to leave the construction field for something a little less taxing on my body due to a brief battle with cancer.
Now, thanks to the support of my family, friends, and my local community who all came together to support me during my fight, I am now almost 2 years cancer free and ready to get back out and continue to help families feel safe and protected in their homes any way I can. we do not do appraisl's.

The house had already been inspexted and passed. But I kept getting a musty smell in my attic I store a lot of stuff up there and never saw a leak or any reason it should smell. When he came out he noticed a small discoloration in the ceiling of my bathroom that I have not noticed in over a year of using. It turns out the condensate line had a small leak in one of the fittings allowing the condensation to leak out follow the pipe down and was just soaking into the insulation and and bathroom wall.
