Michael fixed our bathroom door that was dragging the floor and having trouble latching. He was super responsive, able to squeeze us into his schedule right away, and very professional. He even offered to cleanup when he was done. Michael does quality work and is very reasonably priced. We highly recommend him!

Michael did a fantastic job installing a French door for my game room. To be honest, the installation process is much more labor intensive than we initially thought, but Michael managed to do it well and leave my house with a huge smile on my face. He definitely spared no effort to make sure the door is sturdy, secure, leaving no chance for it to sag in the future. He also paid a lot of attention to the details, make sure the end result is beautiful and professional. I highly recommend Michael to anyone that needs any kind of home service.

We needed a front entry doorinstalled and decided to checkout Thumbtack. Michael responded back with a very fair quote. We decided to go with him. He was very responsive with any questions we had. He is also very friendly and patient. We had a hickup on our part. We bought a door that didn't fit. He gave us a lot of suggestions but ultimately we asked him to do the impossible and make it fit. You can tell he was a little uncomfortable with the request but he never hesitated to take on the project. It took him about 6 hrs in total to add trimmings to the frame and installing the door and hardware but he did not let us down. The work looked great and I was very impressed. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and is not going to halfass anything. If you need any contract work done, don't hesisitate to reach out to him. Highly recommended.

I’m so glad I found Ramsey Home Services! I bought an old house that is about 121 years old and I do need a lot of projects done to it. Nothing serious but mainly function and cosmetic fixes are needed. My first order of business was having a metal security doorinstalled on my alley facing door. Michael came out and gave me a quote, picked up my door from Home Depot and installed it quickly and efficiently. It looks great and I couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be using him for a variety of other projects as I get my home ready to put on the market in a few years. Excellent work!

Michael answered quickly, used the beauty of technology to give a fast estimate via pictures, and showed up when he said he would. He communicated effectively throughout the project--even when it meant delivering bad news. You can't get through a true home improvement project without a few trips to the store and troubleshooting: something Michael took in stride to ensure high quality work. The final result are two newly installeddoors with my dream hardware. The final result has increased my curb appeal, safety, and removed opportunities for rain damage around the frames. I will be enjoying these doors for decades to come (and hiring Michael for future projects!).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make the customer as comfortable as possible especially having someone new come into their home. We can always do meet and greets if needed before cleaning. we carry ourselves to be courteous and professional in our time in the customers home. We have children so we know its always important to make children feel safe and comfortable as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael has license in to work on aircraft and homes.
Thais has a bachelors in IT from Brazil. speaks fluent Portuguese, English and some Spanish.
