FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to see the job in person. I give free quotes up to 30 miles from my house. Also in person, I am able to give an accurate price. Some of the other contractors who quote over the phone are likely to back out of their price and try to raise it. When we schedule a time for me to come out, I'll look at the job, give you a fair price, and in most cases do the work the same visit if you would like. ( of course bigger jobs would have to be scheduled)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is the same for all customers. I schedule a time, when its convenient for you. Look at the job and offer you a good price. All with great customer service and courtesy. I always wear a mask and latex gloves to help prevent the spread of covid. Most jobs under a couple of hours can be done the same day if you choose to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing trade (professionally) since 1996. I have been a Georgia licensed plumber since 2012, and every year Georgia plumbers are required to take so many hours of continuing education to keep license current.
