Atlanta Turf Pros provided us with an exceptional backyard, walk pathway and patio. Their work was top-notch, quality!!! First, they helped with the design (pro bono). Then gave us a reasonable timeline and actually kept to it. Considering the labor and materials involved, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. They were responsive to feedback and delivered quality work. I’d highly recommend.

Beyond poor customer service. They came out and assessed the job I needed, provided a verbal quote, and mentioned that they would provide a written estimate. Approx. 3-5 days pass, I didn't hear from them per itemize estimate. Reached out to them to confirm if they were still able to provide the service I needed that was agreed upon and they mentioned they could do the job on May 31st, 2023. Mean time I kept being told I'll receive a itemized estimate. Atlanta PRO never provided an itemized estimate, didn't show up for the project I needed done on the date he said he can do the job, never contact me of any changes with said appt. date for the project to be completed. They pretty much waisted valuable time for me to complete a small project that I was hoping to have completed before mid-June.

We are offering a 20% discount this summer. We offer military discounts
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process when working with new customers is always exciting. First thing that we like to do too help the customer become comfortable is always meet in person and go over the job in detail. We then proceed to offer a landscape design that way the customer knows exactly what they are getting . Following the design, we follow up with a quote for the project. Once accepted we processed to schedule a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 3 foreman’s who have a certificate from Emory university in agricultural landscaping.
