- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can keep our prices down by the volume of work that we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a whole team at the customers disposal. We all know that everybody wants a sale, but when problems arise some people will run. We have a team, sales reps, admin, and techs that can handle any issue that arises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a 5 year Journeymen Apprenticeship Program that is they only one that is State certified in the State.
