We're known for our quality work and the integrity of our business. We look forward to building long-term relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction. Please note that we do have a $50.00 Service fee that is waived if hired on site and we do refrain from giving over-the-phone quotes!

Mr.Stefan was easy to work with on scheduling service. Mr. Georgi was professional, was quick to complete the service, and patient with me, with explaining what repair needed to be done. Also, the cost of the repair was reasonable. I do highly recommend this plumbing company.

The plumber arrived right when they said they would be there, and gave a very honest estimate as to how to complete the repairs. Was also able to quickly install a new toilet on the spot. I will be reaching out again to them for any plumbing needs.

I want to say thank you to Georgia Rooter Services LLC. We originally had a bit of miscommunication--my wife is in the hospital, our toilet broke, and when the tech came out, it seemed that I would have to go in a different direction and would need to look at the hard decision of replacing the whole toilet. When this professional and I talked further, he agreed to replace the whole toilet and take care of our family during this challenging time. I am so thankful to have found this company; they are now bookmarked on my computer and saved on my phone. I will 100% be working with them in the future, and you should too. The repairs were SO FAST, well done, and beautifully installed. The responsiveness was incredible. As soon as the owner discovered the miscommunication, he had the tech come back out (very professional and fast) and replace the toilet for us. I did not know this kind of customer service existed in 2024, but my faith in this company and humanity has been restored. Thank you again!
