- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. You receive a call from the owner, who listens carefully as you explain the home maintenance/repair or improvement that you need. He will ask key questions to help identify the material needed and labor involved to provide an accurate quote. He will advise you on what material is needed so you can have it ready when we arrive to complete the project. Please send pictures as it is extremely helpful to understand the issues you want to address. Look forward to talking with you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Hands-On learner. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I have acquired MANY SKILLS. This experience includes 1) owning an operating a successful siding, windows and gutter installation business. 2) Giving back to our community by providing construction home repair services including complete mobile home renovations, sealing of roofs, bathroom renovations, exterior/interior painting, light fixture replacement, wheelchair ramps, and building storage sheds for those in need (including single moms, and the elderly). 3) I've spent the last 7 years in Florida as a Senior Project Superintendent supervising the new construction of up to 24 homes at a time (priced $700K to $1.5MM). Learned how to problem solve and change/fix things as errors were made during the construction phase. 4) Finally- built 4 new homes and renovated 3 homes for me and my family. I have learned every aspect of the building by actually doing the work, not just supervising. I enjoy working with my hands and putting things in order. Additionally enjoy working and helping people!
